Thanks for the link...let's hope that America becomes more reasonable towards human beings with drug addictions. And the point that 25% of all prisoners in the world are in the United States should give thinking Americans a wakeup call. "The Land of the Free" is less free on a per capita basis than practically every other nation in the world...because of bad judgments, political and moral.
